3 steps to make an extra $10k this month in business

It’s no secret that the client roster at Champagne Collective is booming.

But just two months ago? I managed to bring in an extra $10k in revenue — all while I was on vacation.

This is what I did to create this level of success in my business.

Outsource

I outsource all tasks that aren’t my area of expertise so I can stay in my zone of genius.

The result?

Work still gets completed to a high standard, and I get to focus on growing my business.

This will help you figure out where to start:

  • Identify your core strengths and weaknesses: Focus on outsourcing tasks that fall outside your expertise, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

  • Evaluate what tasks take up most of your time: Look for tasks that are draining your time and energy but are essential for business operations.

  • Consider cost-effectiveness: Calculate the cost of outsourcing versus the value it brings to your business. What can you afford at this stage of your business?

Automate

I have back-end automations for everything. From invoicing to marketing, it’s all on autopilot.

This gives my team space to show up for our clients to get sh*t done without overworking or burning out.

Invest

Investing doesn’t have to be scary when you know it’s going to result in growth.

I invest in a high-quality team, incredible freelancers, software, and education!

The more I have invested in my business, the bigger return I have seen!
